How far in advance do I need to book? +
We can typically accommodate reservations with as little as 2–3 hours’ notice, depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability. For weddings, large group events, or specific vehicle requests, booking ahead is always the best way to make sure everything is ready for your occasion.
Where will my chauffeur meet me when I arrive at the airport? +
For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you at the designated ground transportation or commercial vehicle pickup area at your arrival location. If you’d prefer a more personalized experience, our Meet & Greet service is available for an additional $15.00, with your chauffeur waiting for you inside the terminal, arranged before your trip.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early? +
Flight monitoring is included whenever flight information is provided when you book, with no extra charge for adjustments. Whether your flight lands ahead of schedule or is running late, your chauffeur’s pickup time is updated automatically to match your actual arrival.
Is complimentary wait time included for airport pickups? +
Thirty minutes of complimentary wait time is included on all airport pickups within a standard one-hour service window. If your trip wraps up within that window, there is nothing extra to pay. Anything beyond the included period is billed at the applicable hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
What is the cancellation and deposit policy? +
A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when you reserve to confirm your booking. Any cancellation made less than 14 days before the scheduled service date results in a full charge. In the event of a national or severe weather emergency, clients may choose between a full refund or a service credit valid for up to 12 months.
Can I make changes to my reservation after booking? +
Changes to an existing reservation can be made by phone or email through our 24/7 dispatch team, who will do their best to accommodate updates based on what’s available. Just keep in mind that adjustments to pickup or drop-off locations, additional stops, or extended service time may affect your final rate.
Is there a charge for additional stops during a transfer? +
Each additional stop on a point-to-point or transfer service is billed at $25.00 for up to 15 minutes. If a stop runs longer than that, the service may convert to an hourly rate. On hourly reservations, additional stops are included at no extra charge.
Are child safety seats available, and is there an additional cost? +
Infant seats, toddler seats, and booster seats are all available upon request for an additional $25.00 per seat. Please let us know when you book so the correct seat is ready and properly fitted before your trip.
What training do your chauffeurs go through? +
Every chauffeur completes approximately three weeks of in-house training covering vehicles, service standards, and local routes, followed by one week of supervised shadowing before full approval is granted. All chauffeurs are properly licensed and insured, with verified commercial driving experience and clean records.
Is gratuity included in the quoted rate? +
Gratuity is not included in the quoted rate and is entirely at your discretion. Many clients choose to recognize exceptional service with 15–20%, which can be added at the time of payment or given directly to your chauffeur at the end of the trip, whichever feels most comfortable.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle? +
Pets may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis with advance approval when you book. While we make every effort to accommodate, Nashville Chauffeur reserves the right to decline any request based on vehicle type, trip specifics, or other service considerations.
Is smoking or vaping allowed in the vehicles? +
Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco or electronic smoking device is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $750.00 applies to any violation, and service may be terminated immediately without refund.
How do I contact my chauffeur on the day of service? +
Your chauffeur’s contact information is sent to the phone number on file before your scheduled pickup. In most cases, they will also reach out directly to introduce themselves and make sure everything is set for your trip.
How do I receive a receipt for my service? +
A receipt is automatically emailed to the address provided during the reservation process. If you need it sent elsewhere, reach us at (615) 333-0373 or contact@nashvillechauffeur.com and we will take care of it promptly.
